I was fearful of the idea of continental breakfasts when I came. Last time in Europe it was coffee, maybe a piece of meat, and a biscuit. But all of these have been more of an all you can eat buffet. I eat a lot then have a small lunch on the road.
I may have seen the movie too many times but I would never set foot on a cruise ship named Poseidon!
Just downstream is the city of Bonn, the birth place of Beethoven. I sent Agnes a postcard from here.
Would you like to visit a chocolate museum. The gift shop was full of chocolate, but i didn't buy any. It would have just melted in my bag.

Just around the corner is the enormous cathedral of Koln. It is so big you have to back up a block to get a picture of it, and then you need to shoot wide angle! Here's some pictures outside and inside.
The Hari Krishnas were there singing and dancing. I haven't seen them since they quit doing airports.
